$500.00 Security Deposit - to be refunded all or part if Inskeep Hall is returned as found, broom swept
and key returned. This security deposit is returned within 30 days after the event.
A $150 Cleaning Fee will be added as an additional charge to the rental.
After your payment and deposit have been received, the requested date will be secured for your use. If
you cancel your event, your security deposit will be forfeited.
A Certificate of Liability Insurance Coverage in the amount of $1,000,000, listing: BULL RUN HUNT 12240 Mitchells Road, Mitchells, Virginia 22729 as an Additional Insured, is required.
Building and premises must be left clean, free from trash and debris. All trash must be hauled off premises after event. Trash is not to be left in building overnight. All kitchen items must be put away where found.
